समितिको उपाध्यक्षमा कृष्ण आले, सचिवमा जीबन गैरे, सहसचिवमा बिजय थापा र कोषाध्यक्षमा राम भण्डारी चयन भएका छन । सदस्यहरुमा पदम गैरे, बलराम सुबेदी र दुई स्थान रिक्त राखी क्रमस पुरा गर्ने गरी समितीलाई पूर्णता दिईएको छ । समितिको सल्लाहकारमा बासु शर्मा, ज्योतिष घर्ती मगर र कृष्ण गौतम रहनु भएको छ ।
नवनिर्वाचित समितीलाई टोकियो क्षेत्रिय समितीका अध्यक्ष बिष्णु केसीले शुभकामना प्रदान गरेका थिए । कार्यक्रम बासु शर्माको सञ्चालनमा सम्पन्न भएको थियो ।
